About Us

We are a community learning center in Tawang, Arunachal Pradesh, focused on equipping young people, especially women and gender-diverse individuals, with practical skills to become self-reliant and responsible members of society. Founded in 2020 by Jugantar Sarma, an electronics engineer and social work professional, the center started as a small initiative and grew significantly after the pandemic. Today, it is fully run by the local student community, offering hands-on training in computers and digital skills. Our goal is to bridge the technology gap and create opportunities for youth to build confidence, find employment, and contribute to their communities.

As a tattoo artist, my skills are in tattooing, but designing graphics was a challenge. Yangchen Computers helped me create attractive designs for my customers, enhancing my artistry
