Since its establishment in 2020, Yangchen Tawang has been operating as a community learning center in the state of Arunachal Pradesh. Its primary objective is to encourage socioeconomic development and self-sufficiency by giving vocational training to local communities that are economically disadvantaged.

Yangchen Tawang’s Community Outreach Program engages youth in skill development, career guidance, and eco-tourism initiatives, promoting sustainable growth. It conducts awareness programs on environmental conservation, digital literacy, and responsible hospitality for local communities. Through youth mobilization and training, the program strengthens livelihood opportunities and social empowerment in the region.

Plantation Drive with NYKS

Plantation drives and sacred grove walks with youth revive traditions and boost biodiversity awareness. We also help homestays adopt eco-friendly practices, blending tradition with sustainability for a greener future.
